Exchanging or Returning an Item?
Our Standard Policy
The top priority for long-term business relationship between us is the satisfaction from you. We offer a return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their products.
We are unable to accept cancellation for products that have already been shipped. If you want to cancel or change the order. Please think about this. If you insist, please wait until you receive your order, or you can contact us, we will send you the further instructions.
If there is any problem with your order, or the product you received does not match the description, please contact us immediately. Inform us of the problem with your order and we will give you instructions, for example, exchanging or returning. Contact us firstly for the return address, because without a return authorization the returns will not be accepted.
* Items must be sent back within 60 days from the purchase date.
* Items should be unworn and include all original tags.
All original packaging should be included. Place the goods in the original box and ship the goods box back in a separate shipping box (either the original delivery box or a shipping box with no other exposed labels). Include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship by name, address; order number; reason for return.
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Sincerely suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.
* We'll email you a confirmation once your returned item is received.
We'll start processing your replacement item right away, and email you a new order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. We hope you'll enjoy the second time around, whether that means finding the right size, width, color, or style, or a completely different product.
